LEM The Original Jerky Cannon

Largest capacity jerky maker available!!! Gun can hold 1 1/2 pounds of ground meat!!

Heavy duty - All metal parts. Anodized aluminum barrel, 2 stainless steel nozzels 1/8" X 3/4" jerky nozzel  1/2" diameter snack stick nozzle. Easy to follow directions included. 2 Packages of Backwoods Seasonings including 1 Jerky Seasoning for 2 lbs. of ground meat and 1 Snack Stick Seasoning for 2 lbs of any meat.

Barrel Stomper For Original Jerky Cannon

We now have a tool to help you with filling your Jerky Gun and Jerky Cannon barrels. The barrel stomper will pack the meat firmly into the barrel while removing those unwanted air pockets. The stomper is 2" in diameter, with a 12" long handle.

LEM Natural Hog Casings - 8oz Bag

32-35mm (1-1/4" - 1-1/2") Use these casings for brats, fresh metts, Italian sausage etc. Available in a vacuum sealed bag. A bag stuffs approximately 20-25 lbs of sausage. Rinse casings several times then soak in water 1 hour until pliable. To store - cover with table salt, place in a covered container and refrigerate.

LEM Jerky Pan and Rack  18 Inches X 13 Inches

Use this large pan and rack combo to make jerky or sausage in your oven.  The sturdy 18" X 13" rack has feet which enables it to be stacked for drying several racks at the same time. Stack them 2,3, or 4 high.  Improves circulation around the meat and speeds drying time.  Rack is 1.5 sq ft and holds approximately 1 pound or ground meat into jerky strips.
