Bushmaster has reworked their magazines to offer
significant improvements in function, durability and value. The aluminum
box is stamped with a full "progressive" die to produce
tightest tolerances. The welding process along the box seams has been
automated to insure optimum weld ingot, strength and compliance with
MIL-STD. The surface finish has been improved to meet or exceed
MIL-PRF-46010 (required for U.S.G.I. magazines). Magazine boxes are
treated with Molybdenum Disulphide ("Moly") for its
exceptional adherence properties which ensure long lasting protection
and lubricity - far superior to the PTFE (Teflon) used on other
magazines. Finally, these magazines now have a new "anti-tilt"
follower that ensures the round is fed into the chamber properly -
preventing failure to feed problems. Drop tests have proven the
advantages of the anti-tilt follower over the traditional green
follower. As an additional aid, the followers are caliber marked - 5.56
in this case. Highest quality tempered steel springs, and Bushmaster
logo stamped baseplates (removable for cleaning) round out the
improvements on these superior magazines - which have been endorsed by
the National Tactical Officers Association.

M16/AR-15 magazine features an open case design that allows for fast
loading, unloading, and cleaning. The casing, follower, and baseplate are
made of high-strength 1050 spring steel and are finished with a two-layer
anti-friction coating. A large tip-proof steel follower and chrome silicon
main spring provide optimal feeding performance and long lasting
reliability. The CAMMENGA EASYMAG eliminates the need for a separate
loading device. The EASYMAG can be loaded twice as fast as conventional
magazines when using loose ammo, can also be loaded like a conventional
magazine using stripper clips, and can be opened and cleaned in seconds. |

Like no other pistol, GLOCK pistols permit almost unrestricted
compatibility of the magazines within a caliber. Standard magazines, for
instance, can also be used for backup weapons. Compact and subcompact
GLOCK pistol model magazines can be loaded with a convincing number of
rounds – i.e. GLOCK 26: up to 33 rounds.
The innovative polymer frame of the GLOCK
pistol does not require grip shells. As a result, it has
considerably more space for the magazine body and enables double-row
staggered cartridge configuration. For this reason, GLOCK pistols are
superior in firepower to conventional pistol models of the same size.
GLOCK magazines have a stiff metal tube
encased in the proven GLOCK high-tech polymer. This
resists deformation – even when dropped from great height or exposed to
extreme environment conditions.
Magazines with extended floor plates (plus 2 rounds) are available in
calibers 9x19, .40, .380 and .357.
